The Loft at DeAnn Gallery is one of Franklin’s premier boutique event venues, with options available for 10 - 50 guests. Specializing in small weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and birthday, graduation and cocktail parties, this location is ideal for guests looking for a truly unique experience in the heart of America’s favorite Main Street.

The Loft is a 2000 square foot flat above DeAnn Gallery available for hourly or daily rental. Bring your caterer and take advantage of the full kitchen. Access to full bathroom and private lounge/changing room included. This space is the perfect blend of history, art and Southern charm, experienced with original wood floors, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, Franklin’s last remaining wooden freight elevator, and of course, inspiring artwork!

Rental Rate
Hourly: $149
Daily: $999 

Additional Fees
Cleaning: $99 cleaning fee required
Staffing: $99/hour (ONLY if DeAnn Gallery staff are required) 
Hat Bar:  $99/hour for hat bar reservation (fun for guests and parties)
Gallery Rental: inquire if interested in renting entire space including gallery
